Tour Information
- This tour requires a minimum of 2 people to reserve.
- Infants of 4 years or younger do not pay.
- We have a special price for children from 5-10 years.
- Children of 11 years and older pay as an adult.
Tour Plan
We will greet you at Hidalgo Park facing Caribe Hotel in Centro.
On the way to Mérida’s main market, there will be a stop at the city’s main square, where you will receive a brief explanation about downtown Mérida.
With your guide leading the way, you will arrive at the Lucas de Gálvez Market, where you will make several stops to taste a variety of local dishes, seasonal fruits, iconic ingredients, and traditional candies. You will also enjoy local and refreshing drinks along the way.
After the market visit, you will go to El Marlín Azul, a local seafood restaurant, to taste freshly prepared Ceviche. Please note: On Sundays, this place is not available. We will offer you another delicious option.
To end the experience, you will enjoy a dessert at a famous Gelato Shop, known for serving the best handcrafted ice cream.
